We had a lovely day at Southend for the start of half term ... It was lovely and sunny but also cold and windy. Not the sandiest of beaches but the kids had fun collecting things in their new buckets.
Al picked a fishy bucket with a green spade (what other colour is there? Green has always been his favourite).
Annie may look frozen, but she was definitely happy to be out and about in the fresh air.
